Arnold Schwarzenegger has been seen driving his car just a week after undergoing secret heart surgery.
The Terminator star smiled as he got back into daily routine in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Heather Milligan, 45.
It comes after the actor revealed on Friday that he has recently undergone another heart surgery to have his aortic valve replaced and share post-operation snaps.
The Hollywood legend, 73, told fans he is “feeling fantastic” after his surgery.
He wrote on Instagram : “Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery.
“I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!”
Arnold looked chipper in the photos he shared online with some showing him sporting a blue tracksuit as he walked about post-surgery.
Under the snap he received a number of well wishes and one of his sons – Patrick Schwarzenegger – urged his dad to not hit the gym.
“PLEASE DONT GO WORKOUT TODAY!!” he penned alongside a number of heart emojis.
His other son Joseph Baena also added: “Love you, dad! How are you already hitting a lat spread???”
The actor previously experienced heart difficulties in 1997 when he needed an aortic valve replacement.
Arnold also had a new pulmonary valve that he had inserted in April 2018.
The star was to have a less-invasive catheter valve inserted but then it was decided he required open-heart surgery instead, his spokesperson said at the time.
According to the NHS, an aortic valve replacement is a type of open heart surgery used to treat problems with the heart’s aortic valve.
The aortic valve controls the flow of blood out from the heart to the rest of the body.
