Amanda Holden revealed she’s “woken up with anxiety” every day this week before her live Britain’s Got Talent performance.

She is used to being a judge on Simon Cowell’s talent show but for the first time ever Amanda will be following in the footsteps of contestants by getting up on stage for Saturday night’s show.

The doting mum-of-two is set to sing songs from her new album Songs From My Heart which is out now.

It seems nerves have got the better of Amanda as she prepares for her performance Saturday night.

She told her Heart Breakfast co-star Jamie Theakston: “I’ve woken up with anxiety every single day this week. It’s like you’ve got the biggest exam.

“I’ve been very lucky I’ve been in the West End, but when you’ve got lots of lovely people around you in a show you feel like you’re all in the same boat.

“But to actually stand on stage on my own. I miss him terribly but I’m really glad that Simon’s not going to be there.”

Amanda’s co-star reassured her. He added: “You’re not on your own, we’re all right behind you. We’ll be rooting for you.”

The singer and actress is set to make her first ever performance on BGT after fans of the show complained to Ofcom over her latest revealing gown.

The watchdog was hit with 235 complaints about the outfit she wore last weekend but Amanda insists it won’t stop her from wearing what she loves.

ITV bosses have now even dedicated a committee to check out her chest area before the cameras start rolling each week.

She told The Sun : “There’s now a whole body of people that knock on my door and come and stare at my chest before we go on air.

“There’s a t*t committee. There are so many brilliant people, they come down, knock on the door and there’s the lady who’s the producer who said, ‘Mandy, it looks great’.”

The mother-of-two exclaimed people have been “banging on about my t*ts for a decade now and I’m nearly 50”.

She’s determined not to let the haters get her down and will go out there tomorrow to sing her heart out.
