Brooklyn Beckham announced his shock engagement to girlfriend Nicola Peltz last month’
It came eight months after the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, 21, confirmed his relationship with Bates Motel actress Nicola, 25, in January and the pair spent all of lockdown together during the coronavirus crisis.
The engagement news saw a flurry of well-wishes from Brooklyn’s loving family, as well as photos posted of the moment Brooklyn proposed to the blonde beauty surrounded by her family.
However, many are now convinced that it has been a very short engagement indeed and that the young couple have already married.
In multiple pictures from their pair’s current holiday in Greece with Brooklyn’s parents and siblings – Romeo, Cruz and Harper – the eldest Beckham boy is seen with a gold band on his wedding ring finger.
In one photo he poses with his brother Romeo with the ring clearly visible, while in another he is seen romantically embracing Nicola and the same ring is on show.
Curiously, despite the photo being of the Beckham brothers, Victoria captioned the photo: “Love u so much @brooklynbeckham@cruzbeckham X @nicolaannepeltz X”.
The image prompted comments such as “”Oooooh that’s a wedding ring…!!!!” and “is brooklyn married already??” beneath the photo.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn shared the image of him and Nicola with the caption: “I am the luckiest man in the world,” alongside a heart emoji.
A picture posted of the couple by Victoria and Nicola – with different backgrounds – also showed Brooklyn wearing a gold band, but Nicola’s ring finger is not visible.
When posted by Nicola, the photo carried the caption “baby b”, which some interpreted as a hint that she is expecting her first child with Brooklyn too.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn has also shared a sultry image of beautiful Nicola posing in a black nightie.
One of his close friends, Leon ‘Starino’ Anderson, commented on the post, writing: “Mrs Beckham”.
The comment went unacknowledged but only added to the speculation they are already wed.
Elsewhere, additional photos posted on their Instagram Stories show Brooklyn with his gold band clearly visible, including one where they clasp hands whilst holding a label.
Additionally, according to Heatworld, Brooklyn has always been keen to marry young and quickly, akin to his parents who got engaged after only six months together.
An insider told the publication: “[Nicola] comes from a seriously wealthy New York family, has a lot of connections and is exactly the type of girl Vic imagined her beloved son marrying.”
Could the pair have had a private ceremony on one of their holidays in Italy and France, but have a larger ceremony with more guests?
Time will tell but it certainly seems that Brooklyn and Nicola are very happy together.
