Inside Selena Gomez’s 4-bed cottage selling at $2m as she upgrades to $5m pad

Selena Gomez has sold her Studio City cottage for $2.37million in Los Angeles.

The pop star, 28, has upgraded to a $4.9million mansion which was previously owned by late rocker Tom Petty.

Her Studio City home had been on the market for two years before it finally sold amid the coronavirus pandemic.

It’s a spacious little home with four bedrooms and four accompanying bathrooms over 3,4000 square feet.

Featuring a pool, a spa and a yoga studio, the glamorous home was perfect for helping the musician take time to relax.

Skylight lightened up her gorgeous chef’s kitchen.

As a chart-topping musician, it’s no wonder she had a grand piano in her living room to play to her house guests.

The master bedroom boasted of great views from huge airy windows and a generous amount of space inside.

Selena first listed her stunning home in 2018 but it’s only just sold recently.

It’s reported the singer forked out $2.249million for the property originally in 2017.

She’s was definitely ready to move out after three years in her home.

However, it appeared the star hasn’t moved far as she made the move to Encino, in California.

Selena confided in her fans she had been settling into her new home in quarantine.

She wrote on Instagram in July: “Things I’ve been doing in quarantine- settling into my new house and guitar lessons.”
