Nikki And Brie Bella Talk Getting Back Into Shape After Giving Birth, Managing Expectations And More On Their Podcast

As fans know, the Bella twins are both waiting to give birth to their babies any day now but while they wait, Nikki and Brie want to focus on their mental health, especially now that they are in quarantine and pregnant. That being said, during a new episode of their podcast, they discussed managing expectations and avoiding putting too much pressure on themselves.

Brie’s currently expecting her second baby with her hubby Daniel Bryan while her sister Nikki is actually at her first pregnancy.

But it turns out that Brie is the one particularly concerned lately, when it comes to her pregnancy.

‘I’ve been having a lot of Braxton Hicks —a lot a lot—during the day and throughout the night. Just the stomach’s been tightening a lot. So I am like, gosh, is my body starting to prepare for labor? Will I go in early? It was crazy because Nicole and I were looking at each other, like, if we go full term—because I’ve a scheduled C-section for August 1; I cannot hold the baby longer than that—we only have 2 appointments left,’ she discussed with her twin.

She also recalled that ‘Birdie came in through an emergency C section, so I was very disappointed. I got over it because I looked at the bigger picture: my baby’s alive and healthy.’

Brie explained that she only wants to have two kids so this would be her last.

With that being said, she really doesn’t want to have a C-section again but she also does not want to have any high hopes since she’d hate to be disappointed if it happens again.

Nikki agreed but she also expressed high hopes for many things, including having a movie-like birth alongside her fiancé Artem Chigvintsev.

Furthermore, she told Brie that she also wants to get back into shape fast.

Still, she realizes that ‘We all need to let go of expectations because we don’t know what tomorrow’s gonna bring.’
