Khloe Kardashian shares glimpse into BFF Malika Haqq’s lavish baby shower
Khloe Kardashian threw a seriously OTT party for her best friend Malika Haqq when she was pregnant with her first child earlier this year
Malika Haqq is best friends with a Kardashian, which means she was always guaranteed to have a lavish baby shower when she fell pregnant.
And Khloe Kardashian did her BFF proud with the seriously lavish party she threw Malika, which was held back in February before they went into lockdown.
The 36-year-old took to her Instagram stories to give her followers a glimpse into the party with a set of stunning pictures.
The snaps were taken seven months ago as Malika, 37, actually welcomed her son Ace, who she shares with her ex boyfriend of two years O.T. Genasis, on March 14.
The first thing guests saw when going into the baby shower were huge balloon arches in different shades of brown.
The balloons covered a walkway that guests had to pass through to get inside the party.
Pink and white roses decorated the area, which was also full of giant teddy bears.
Inside there was two huge topiary teddies sitting behind a pair of cream armchairs.
The party clearly had a bear theme as several decorated the large tiered cake.
Guests ate from bear plates and drank glasses that were shaped like the animal.
The stunning venue had an enormous gold chandelier on the ceiling.
It was decorated in muted tones of cream, brown and biege.
Huge bunches of balloons were placed throughout the space.
They played party games like guessing what day the baby would be born on.
Malika looked glowing at the event in a long biege dress with a halterneck.
While the modest length of the dress covered her legs, its tight fabric clung to her body, allowing her to show off her bump.
Khloe brought the sex appeal in a beige PVC suit.
The besties were also seen posing for pictures with Malika’s twin sister Khadijah.
