Millie Mackintosh has shared a new picture of her baby daughter Sienna after learning she has hip dysplasia and has to wear a brace

Millie Mackintosh recently revealed that her baby daughter Sienna has hip dysplasia and has to wear a brace.

But while the Made in Chelsea star, 31, admitted the diagnosis left her feeling anxious, her little girl looks the picture of happiness in a recent photo.

New mum Millie took to her Instagram account on Monday to share an adorable picture of the two of them getting ready for the day, with the 15-week-old sporting her hip brace.

In the photo Millie sits on the floor of her dressing room wearing a black bra and knickers set with a white dressing gown over the top.

Baby Sienna, who Millie shares with Hugo Taylor, was lying on the floor in front of her.

The tot looked adorable wearing a star print babygro and her brace.

She appeared to be smiling as she reached out her hand to touch the mirror in front of her.

Millie looked every inch the proud mum as she beamed down at her daughter while taking the photo.

On the floor in front of them was a hair brush and a clip for Millie to get ready.

Behind them was countless items of clothing for the reality TV star to choose from.

It comes after Millie revealed that Sienna has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia.

Taking to Instagram, Millie explained: “Sienna had a routine hip scan at 6 weeks because she was breech from 28 weeks onwards, it showed one hip socket was under developed but I was reassured it was likely to sort itself out by 12 weeks, but they booked her in for another scan just to make sure.

“Despite being naturally worried initially, I put it to the back of my mind and got on with things.

“But when we went for our second scan, I was shocked and saddened to learn she has in fact got developmental hip dysplasia and the treatment is to wear a special harness all the time for 6-12 weeks.”

Millie said the harness has a 90 per cent chance of correcting the problem.

She added: “The hardest part is that I can’t hold her properly to cuddle her and finding a comfortable breast feeding position is really difficult while we adapt to this change in our reality, a reality that we’ve worked so hard on!
