Sam Faiers ‘ boyfriend Paul Knightley has finally admitted that he plans to pop the question to her in a top-secret proposal.
The couple – who met back in 2014 at a swanky restaurant in Essex – are proud parents to son Paul Jr, four, and two-year-old daughter Rosie.
But their tight-knit family unit has always sparked questions of marriage from curious fans, with the pair often being bombarded with engagement questions and marriage rumours.
And it seems as though Paul feels ready enough for the pair’s next chapter, telling OK! mag that he vows to pop the question to the former TOWIE star eventually.
He explained: “We’ve got kids and we’re happy so I understand why people are curious, and as long as people say it in a nice way I don’t mind.”
Sam then admitted she felt pressure when her sister Billie got hitched, adding: “When Billie was getting married there was a lot of focus on us being next and too much pressure.
“It’s calmed down a bit, so I’m thinking hopefully there will be a surprise soon.”
It was then when Paul dropped a bombshell, revealing: “We will 100% get married, but nobody is going to know about the proposal except me.
“I’ll be the only one who knows when and where it’s happening.”
Paul’s reluctance to pop the question has been an ongoing storyline on The Mummy Diaries since the show began and shows no sign of slowing down.
The father-of-two has previously been targeted by trolls for putting off marrying Sam, so much so that she has admitted it makes her upset.
The blonde beauty has often shared her dreams of getting married on the reality series which always seemed to have fallen on Paul’s deaf ears in the past.
