Stacey Solomon handed out some sage advice to her followers as the storm made her reassess her mental health.

The Loose Women star admitted she’s been feeling a little under the weather lately as she opened up about her inner struggles.

The mum-of-three, 30, said she’d been getting down on herself lately and questioning herself.

That was until the storm came along to end the UK’s blistering 34C heatwave, making her realise that the bad times will soon come to an end too.

Passing on some advice to her followers, she penned on her Instagram story: “The storm is here…

“The boys are back in and everyone is in our room. Theo and Mitsy included

“I really love a good storm. It just feels like everything can start a fresh and once it’s passed it will all be ok.

“I’ve really felt a bit lost this week. Just a bit ‘meh’ it that’s the word and I haven’t been saying the nicest things to myself.

“So I just want you to know. If you haven’t been feeling yourself. If you’ve been questioning yourself, beating yourself up over silly things or just feeling a bit lost and alone… You’re not.

“You’re doing so well every single day and just like this storm, this ‘meh’ phase will pass. I promise.

“Goodnight. Love you lots. Tomorrow if a fresh, new day.”

Stacey, who is in a relationship with fellow I’m A Celebrity winner Joe Swash, is often praised for her open and honest approach to social media.

The former X Factor star often lets fans into her home life.

Stacey, who is mum to Zacahary, 12, Leighton, eight, and Rex, one, is also much-loved for her DIY and decorating tips.
