Jacqueline Jossa convinced she’s got heatstroke after 36C scorcher

Jacqueline Jossa is convinced she’s got heatstroke after being left “exhausted” by the scorcher this week.

The mum-of-two took to her Instagram Story to share her thoughts on the sweltering heatwave Brits are currently facing.

Pretending to cry, the former EastEnders star moaned: “This weather is a killer I’ve had to come and sit inside. I’ve put clothes on because I’ve got a zoom call literally in 10 minutes.

“Had I not have had the zoom call I would be nacked. Continuously, all day. It’s just unbearable.

“I feel exhausted. I think I’ve got heat stroke or something. I’m just so hot. It’s just too much.”

Jac has been keeping fans updated on how she’s coping with the uncomfortably high temperatures, as she opted to keep her two daughters Ella, five, and Mia, two, inside.

Temperatures have been above 34C for six days in central London for the first time in almost 60 years.

The Met Office said that temperatures had reached 34.6C in central London marking the first time since at least 1961 that there had been six consecutive days of 34C and above.

This month’s heatwave is due to continue over the coming days, with temperatures forecast to remain in the mid-30s in the south east of England on Wednesday.

Between 1961 and 1990 there were 44 nights where temperatures did not drop below 20C, although these were mostly associated with the heatwaves in 1976 and 1983.

To avoid cooking at home in the heat, the family all headed out for dinner to take advantage of the Eat Out To Help Out scheme.

Jac’s husband Dan Osborne filmed the family on his phone, Dan and Jac laughing as the youngsters said “cheese” at the camera.

Dan later shared a group selfie, captioning the snap: “Team Osborne.”

Joining them was also Dan’s six-year-old son Teddy, whom he shares with ex Megan Tomlin.
