Katie Price will be back in court in two weeks for another speeding charge, after she escaped jail on Friday for breaching a restraining order.
The TV star, 44, was allegedly caught driving her BMW while over the speed limit in a 60mph zone near her mansion in Horsham, West Sussex in September last year.
The case is listed at Crawley Magistrates Court for July 5, and the offence is being dealt with remotely under the single justice procedure.
She does not have to appear in court and the charge can be dealt with by a fine and/or points on her license and a driving ban.
The speeding charge was 11 days before Katie flipped her blue BMW on September 28 in a drink-drive crash.
The mum-of-five pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance following the crash on September 28 near her home.

Following the crash, Katie underwent treatment at The Priory rehab clinic.
It comes as Katie was handed an 18-month community order to carry out 170 hours of unpaid work at at Lewes Crown Court on Friday, after previously pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order.
She was also ordered to pay £1,500 court costs.
The former glamour model sent her ex-husband Kieran Hayler a message on January 21 this year in which she branded his fiancee, Michelle Penticost, a “c***ing w***e” and a “gutter s**g”.
Judge Stephen Mooney told Katie: “In my judgement, this offence was committed out of anger.
“The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.

“In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating and aggravating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium level community order.”
Katie showed no emotion as the verdict was announced but she gave a brief smile as she left the dock.
The mother-of-five was banned from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly under the terms of a five-year restraining order imposed at Horsham Magistrates’ Court on June 3, 2019.

She was also fined £415 for hurling a foul-mouthed “tirade of abuse” at her during a row in a school playground.
In a victim impact statement read to the court, Kieran’s fiancée Michelle said the breach had a “devastating effect” on her mental wellbeing.
She said: “The impact of what Katie has done is very upsetting, I feel threatened and intimidated.
“I feel demoralised and not wanting to go out. The language used made me feel scared. I felt it was an attack on me.
“The consequences are I feel she will attack me. I felt by having a restraining order it would make me feel safe but by someone breaching it it has made me feel very vulnerable.”
