Stacey Solomon returns to Pickle Cottage after time away
Stacey Solomon has been making the most of the sun shining down on her newly-refurbished family pool at Pickle Cottage.
The Loose Women presenter, 32, counted her blessings on Instagram on Tuesday, as she relaxed at home after a busy few days.
Mum-of-four Stacey couldn’t resist a quick dip in her pool with baby daughter Rose, after the water feature was finally completed earlier this month.
In a series of Instagram Stories titled “Little things I love when the sun is shining”, the former X Factor contestant told her 5.2million followers: “I’ve been up and down to Nottingham for the last few days so it was nice to wake up, do the school run & then open all the windows & make the most of the sunshine.”

Stacey then went on to share some snaps of her day with her loyal fanbase – explaining how she had spent the morning carrying out chores like laundry and changing bed sheets.
As her washing hung out to dry in the sun, Stacey and her youngest child enjoyed a dip in the pool as she revealed another home transformation online.
“While I was away the wall had a little makeover,” the star captioned a before snap of the area surrounding her private family pool.

Unveiling the new structure surrounding the swimming area, Stacey explained: “We couldn’t keep the bricks, they were falling apart, so we had to put helli-bars in and support it and then i chose a textured render (so it still felt aged) to go over it and I love it.”
Over recent years, Stacey has amassed millions of followers – and a small fortune – thanks to her love of sharing snippets of her life on Instagram.
Although the star – who is engaged to former EastEnders actor Joe Swash – is now financially secure, she has never forgot the days where she struggled to make ends meet.

Speaking on Loose Women last month, the popular presenter recalled: “When I had Zachary at 17, 18, I got a Sure Start Grant, it was called at the time, and I can’t tell you how much that saved my life.
“My working tax credits saved our life, we could not have got by without those. The milk tokens that we used to get to help us buy SMA and milk and stuff from the shops that we couldn’t afford.”
“All of that got abolished. Like some of my friends who are in similar circumstances now don’t even have those opportunities, they’re completely taken away from people and then they turn around and go, ‘oh look, we’re in a cost of living crisis, let’s roll out £400’.

“It’s too little too late,” she continued when discussing the government handling of the energy bill crisis.
Stacey shares Zachary, 14, with former partner Dean Cox.
The social media superstar is also a doting mother to eight-year-old Leighton, who she shares with ex fiancé Aaron Barham, and two children from her current relationship with fiance Joe; Rex, three, and daughter Rose who was born in October last year.
