George Clooney has revealed that he’s never had an argument with wife Amal.

The Hollywood icon, 59, sent shockwaves across the world when he popped the question and later married Amal in 2014.

And it seems as though the pair’s honeymoon phase is meant to last as after six years together, they’ve never had a row.

Speaking to People, George revealed that despite being holed up at home with Amal and their two three-year old twins Alexander and Ella, the pair have yet to have their first argument.

He said: “I feel very lucky in so many ways to have met her. We haven’t ever had an argument.

‘”You know, everybody’s been slammed together because of the coronavirus and a lot of friends’ relationships have been tested. For us, it’s been really easy.”

George went on to add that the pair’s united passion for philanthropy and humanitarian causes has kept them grounded and has made their relationship stronger.

George, who shares organisation Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ) with Amal, added: “She succeeds in so many different ways and stands up for what she believes in.”

He added: “We didn’t fall in love because of our work, but it ended up being something unusual we [share]… we are really lucky and we know it.”

George famously was one to always say he never wanted to marry or have children under he met his other half, 42.

Speaking to GQ, George said: “For 36 years, I was the guy that if some kid popped up and started crying, I’d be like, ‘Are you f***ing kidding me?’ And now suddenly I’m the guy with the kid, you know?”

George went on: “I was like, ‘I’m never getting married. I’m not gonna have kids I’m gonna work, I’ve got great friends, my life is full, I’m doing well.

“And I didn’t know how un-full it was until I met Amal. And then everything changed.

“And I was like, ‘Oh, actually, this has been a huge empty space.”

George went on to admit just how much his priorities had shifted once he became a father.

“I’d never been in the position where someone else’s life was infinitely more important to me than my own,” he explained.

“And then tack on two more individuals, who are small and have to be fed.”
