Tom Felton was left in tears when he watched the first film in Harry Potter franchise, the Philosopher’s Stone.

The actor, now 33, was just 12-years-old when he first played the school bully Draco Malfoy in the first film, and watching it back this week clearly made him emotional.

Taking to his Instagram account on Wednesday morning, he shared a video of himself watching the movie to capture his reaction.

He was clearly tearful as he watched his younger self and his cast-mates acting in the film, which became a huge success, and marvelled at how young they all look.

Watching Daniel Radcliffe in the main role, Tom said: “I have literally not seen this for probably 20 years. Look at him!

“Good lord! His voice – he’s so sweet!

“He’s like five years old!”

Tom also said that he still has one of the envelopes from the scene in which hundreds of Hogwarts acceptance letters flood into the Dursleys’ house

“Not one of the original ones but one of the ones that was (scattered),” he went on.

Tom told viewers that he would be filming more reaction videos because he enjoyed it so much.

He added: “I’m just tearing up rather than giving you commentary but it will get better.

“I think the best is yet to come in these movies!
