Not long after Boosie Badazz was reportedly shot in the leg, the rapper put on a Thanksgiving Bash for his fans in South Carolina on Thursday night. Page Six says Mr. Badazz appeared before his fans and followers in a wheelchair.

Reportedly, Badazz shared a video on his Instagram from the event at Exquis Event Center. It was clear that Boosie’s leg had been bandaged and taken care of as he rolled his way through the crowd and appeared to be in great spirits.

The rapper wrote in the caption of his social media post that he had to “go get that backend,” suggesting he was still interested in making money, regardless of an injured leg or not. Badazz claimed he already missed three of them this past week, and he couldn’t miss another one.

While most of his fans were thrilled to see Badazz back on top again, some outlets and social media users noted how Badazz wasn’t wearing a mask and the people at the gathering weren’t either. Moreover, it was reported that people weren’t social distancing as the government has demanded.

As it was previously reported, Boosie Badazz was shot outside of a Dallas, Texas, strip mall not long after his close friend, Mo3, was shot and killed. Mo3 was reportedly gunned down by a man driving a 2014 or 2015 Chevrolet Camaro.

Following his release from the hospital, Boosie said he was glad to be out. This came around the same time as Boosie’s interview with Vlad from VladTV in which the rapper said that being a performing artist in the hip-hop world was one of the most dangerous jobs.
