Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague can’t get enough of the cutest new couple on the block.

Her co-stars Maura Higgins and Chris Taylor yesterday confirmed their romance after months of obsessive fan speculation.

And despite denying the rumours, it seems they found that spark and got together.

Maura’s best mate Molly, who herself is still dating her Love Island beau Tommy Fury, is fully invested in the new couple.

“My heart wasn’t ready!” Molly captioned a snap of the two of them.

“Love you so much,” Maura came back, “Thanks for being an amazing friend to me always.”

On an Instagram Q&A, a fan queried whether Molly knew about Maura and Chris before the big news dropped.

“Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t…” she replied, swerving the question.

Later Molly gushed: “I’m absolutely over the moon.

“Shed a little tear when I saw the post go out. She’s my girl and she deserves every bit of happiness.”

She added: “@christophertaylorofficial I’m handing her over into your care now.”

Last night saw Maura and Chris share the same snap.

“He’s mine…” Maura wrote.

Chris, meanwhile, penned: “Turns out I fell in love with my best mate.”

The pair sparked rumours of a romance earlier this year as they appeared in social media videos together.

They’d starred in 2019’s series together – along with Molly and Tommy – but coupled up with different people.

Chris and then flame Harley Brash left the villa just prior to the final, and split not long after in the outside world.

Maura, meanwhile, made it to the final and came fourth with Curtis Pritchard.

She and Curtis – who recently put his name down for Celebs Go Dating – confirmed they were going their separate ways in March this year.

Molly’s far from the only islander to reply to the new coupling.

The couple have split three weeks after the show wrapped

“Feel like a proud dad who’s just watched his lad score a screamer for his footy team. Get in there son,” wrote Danny Williams.

” Awww you guys,” blubbed Michael Griffiths, “it’s hard keeping secret.”

” What a fine young gentleman you have blossomed into sir,” Jordan Hames commended Chris, “Im a proud brother out here.”
