Sacha Baron Cohen has mocked Donald Trump on Twitter after he lost the the 2020 US election to Joe Biden.
Trump spoke out about when he met the comedian last month after his new film Borat 2 was released and described him as “a creep” and a “phoney guy”.
The Borat star hit back at Trump in a sarcastic tweet, calling him a “racist buffoon” and warned him he’d be ‘needing a job’ as he offered him a role in his next film.
Now Sacha, who released a sequel to Borat last month, has launched another scathing attack on Trump and taken back his job offer.
In a Tweet he said: “Donald—you’re out of work and I know I offered you a job. But your performance this past week was tragic and sad. Offer rescinded.
Trump lashed out at Sacha after his lawyer Rudy Giuliani appearing in his new film.
The funnyman shared an article featuring Donald Trump’s opinion of the Borat star in which he said he saw right past Sacha when he tried to ‘scam him in the past’
He said: “You know, years ago, he tried to scam me and I was the only one that said: ‘No way. This guy is a phoney guy.’ I don’t find him funny. To me, he’s a creep.”
Trump claimed that he saw right past Sacha when he tried to ‘scam him in the past’.
Sacha fired back in a tweet, saying: “Donald—I appreciate the free publicity for Borat! I admit, I don’t find you funny either.”
He added: “But yet the whole world laughs at you. I’m always looking for people to play racist buffoons, and you’ll need a job after Jan. 20. Let’s talk!”
It is believed Trump was referring to an incident which happened in 2003 when he was being interviewed on Da Ali G Show, where Sacha insisted that human beings trading rocks “hundreds of millions of years ago” was the first business.
Joe Biden was announced as the 46th President of the United States of America yesterday.
Sacha has been widely praised by fans following the release of the second Borat movie, titled Borat Subsequent Movie Film.
