Kim Kardashian shows stunning bikini body on controversial £1m birthday getaway

Kim Kardashian has shown off her envious bikini body in a new photos from her breathtaking $1 million break in Tahiti for her 40th birthday.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared more pics from her time in the sunshine with around 30 of her friends, who she had jetted off to the French Polynesia island in the South Pacific.

In the new snaps, which Kim shared on Sunday, she is seen relaxing by the sea in a hot pink bikini as well as showing off her tanned body in the water as she wore the two-piece.

Captioning the pics on social media, the reality star wrote: “Not done yet! ☀️ Sunrise Crew ☀️”

Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian was quick to reply with: “SUNRISE CREW 4L”.

As well as soaking up the sun by sunbathing on the stern of a boat, Kim is also pictured playing in the see with her friends, model Chris Appleton and makeup artist Mary Phillips as well as La La Anthony.

After months of turmoil in her marriage to Kanye West, Kim looked the picture of fun and relaxation in the photos, laughing hard as she rides on the shoulders of Chris in the ocean waters.

Kim stayed at the private island for five days with her closest friends, with rooms costing up to $20,000 a night.

The KUWTK star was slammed on social media for sharing photos during a pandemic, especially after she joined in a Twitter trend by sharing: “After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.”

There was condemnation in reply as Kim was hit by accusations of flaunting her wealth as well travelling with so many friends while cases of Covid-19 continued to rise in the United States.

Others pointed out that none of them were socially distancing themselves or wearing a mask.
