Strictly recruit Jamie Laing cheekily said that dancing is improving his bedroom skills in an X-rated confession.

The Made in Chelsea star, 31, joked his girlfriend Sophie Habboo is “one lucky lady” thanks to his dance training.

He’s revealed his round-the-clock dance training with pro partner Karen Hauer has caused “the sex appeal to ooze out” of him.

He said it’s “frightening” how much sexual prowess is exuding from him, telling how he’s “basically walking sex” in an interview ahead of his second performance on Saturday.

He told MailOnline how he’s not living in fear of the dreaded Strictly Curse as he’d be a ‘fool’ to let anything come between him and Sophie, 26.

“The sex appeal that is oozing out of me right now is frightening! I am basically walking sex. She’s just one lucky lady!” he said.

“Every single day I send her videos of us dancing, she is bored of it now because I’m constantly asking her what she thinks and now she just says I’m not good enough yet. We have to wait until I get to week five.”

Further quashing chances of the Strictly curse striking, Jamie said he is keen to start a family with Sophie in a chat with OK! magazine this week.

Jamie said: “The goal in life is to have a family. The meaning of life is to love, isn’t it? And of course I want children with Habbs.

“And if she wants to do it, I’m game! But we’ll see what happens.”

The promise of proposing and babies Habbs comes after Jamie confirmed his exit from Made in Chelsea after a decade on the E4 show.

Speaking to Sunday Times Style, Jamie reflected: “Well, I was shown in a bad light, I was shown in a good light. I went on the most amazing holidays – I got paid to hang out with my friends.

“And I was on TV for 10 years I’d never say: ‘Hey, that’s me done’, but yes I am definitely taking a step back.”
