TOWIE’sFran Parman has revealed she’s lost over a stone after being targeted on social media.
The 29-year-old reality star broke down in a heartbreaking video on Tuesday where she called out the lasting impact of online bullying.
Brunette beauty Fran revealed that she’s lost over a stone in recent months and is feeling more confident in her body than she ever has before.
Despite this, the reality TV siren has continued to receive cruel comments about her weight from vicious keyboard warriors.
In the emotional Instagram clip, a teary-eyed star reassured her followers that she won’t stop spreading body positivity after a fan revealed that Fran’s optimistic videos ‘saved her’ from taking her own life.
Fran said: “Guys I’ve lost over a stone, over a stone now. I am so happy. So, this emotion I am feeling right now I just want to show you and relate, I’m feeling like ‘yay, I’m nearly there, I’ve nearly done it!
“I’m probably going to get trolled again, saying I’m a liar, but I’ve got the proof. I keep doing these videos because last week I got an email from a little girl, the poor girl nearly wanted to kill herself because of you trolls.”
The brave telly star then broke down as she read out the heartbreaking letter from her admirer in a bid to prove the impact of social media trolling.
“Last week I was about to end my life” the poignant letter began.
“I had it all planned out. I had one last time with my family and wrote a letter for my parents to find. I started deleting all of my social media.
“Then I watched a video of you that you had posted about people being nasty to you and how you had overcome it. And it changed my mind about hanging myself.”
After she finished reading the girl’s heartbreaking confession, Fran urged internet trolls to have some compassion.
The furious star said: “See what you’re doing when you’re being nasty trolls?
“There is just no need for it. For the people who are getting trolled right now – hurt people, hurt people. Everyone is facing a battle. So please think before you speak. I ain’t staying silent no more. If it means saving little girls’ lives.
“I’m not staying silent no more. I’m in it now.”
Gorgeous Fran, who is a size 12, has received endless hate from cruel trolls who continue to fat-shame the star.
