Kylie Jenner ‘settles’ lingerie lawsuit after firm accused her of ripping off designs

Kylie Jenner was being sued by a lingerie company who accused her of ‘cashing in’ on their products and demanded she hand over all the profits made from her underwear line

Kylie Jenner has settled a lawsuit brought by a lingerie company that accused her of ripping off their designs, it’s claimed.

The makeup mogul, 23, was being sued by Klauber Brothers Inc. who accused her of using their lace pattern in her underwear designs.

But in court documents obtained by The Blast, Klauber Brothers have since confirmed they are dismissing all claims against Kylie

The documents stated: “Plaintiff Klauber Brothers, Inc. has reached a settlement agreement as to the claims against Defendants The Kylie Shop, Inc. and Kylie Jenner, Inc.”

The suit has now been settled for an undisclosed sum, it’s claimed.

Bosses at the firm said said they need 45 days to execute the documents and the dispute will be over.

Klauber Brothers filed the suit back in January, accusing Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner of “cashing in on its copyrighted designs”.

The company asked asked for all the profits from the lingerie.

The products were being sold at Nordstrom and on Kylie’s online store Kylie Shop for $18 (£13.80) but the designs are no longer available online.

Mirror Online has contacted Kylie’s reps for comment.

It comes after Kylie was accused of faking her billionaire status by Forbes magazine.

The publication had previously labelled her the youngest self-made billionaire in history.

But they cast doubt on the claim by taking a look at her business ventures and takings over the years.
