Pregnant Ashley Tisdale’s sweet way of unveiling gender of her baby to fans

Pregnant Ashley Tisdale has announced the gender of her first child with an incredibly sweet reveal party.

The High School Musical actress, 35, shared the news she’s expecting her first born with her husband of six years Christopher French, 38, last month.

And now the couple have revealed they are welcoming a baby girl in spring 2021.

The adorable couple unveiled their unborn baby’s gender at a low-key party in their garden.

Ashley shared the moment moment she found out she’s carrying a daughter with fans in an Instagram post on Friday.

The former Disney star was elated as she sliced into a cake covered in white icing and revealed the pink coloured sponge beneath.

“This year has obviously been hard. For so many. Ups and downs, and an emotional roller coaster,” she captioned the post.

“I think this day was by far my favourite day EVER! I cried I was so happy.”

“Ps for all you people going above and beyond for gender reveal parties. A cake with the colour inside is JUST as rewarding as fireworks but SAFER! #SheSoFrench,” Ashley told fans, alluding to a recent sex reveal party that was linked to sparking a wildfire in California.

The actress has known the baby’s sex for at least two weeks as she first teased the reveal on October 2.

She shared only the first of the collection of her gender reveal cake-cutting snaps with her 13 million followers, teasing them with the information.

‘I’ve been wondering if we should share the gender with all of you. As you know I like to keep as much as I can close to my heart but I���m so excited maybe I should …. yes or no? Comment below!’ she wrote.

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody bombshell let the pictures do the talking when she posted snaps of her growing baby bump in September as the couple announced they were expecting.

Both of them dressed in white when they staged the photo shoot to announce their baby joy in their garden.

They shared a slew of photographs from their happy afternoon together.

Ashley and Christopher have been married for six years since they tied the knot in a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, California in 2014.

They were engaged for a year after Christopher got down on one knee in 2013.

It was something of a whirlwind as the couple had only been dating for one year.

Last year, Ashley had said the couple weren’t in a rush to have children.

She said in July last year: “Whether you’re traveling or you have work or education or you’re married and not ready to have a kid yet, there are options out there…

“For me, it’s like, it’s OK to not want to start a family right away.

“People are always asking me about that, but it’s just not the right time. And I have options out there.”

Ashley rocketed to new heights of fame as the character of Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical movies

The first of the High School Musical films was released in 2006.
