Alabama honors the life and legacy of Congressman John Lewis
The country is honoring the life of civil rights hero and Congressman John Lewis with a six-day memorial tour. That starts in Troy, Alabama, where he grew up, and in Selma, where he led the 1965 Voting Rights March across the Edmund Pettus Bridge. “CBS This Morning: Saturday” co-host Michelle Miller and Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence of Michigan joined CBSN to relay what his legacy means and how his fight for voting rights will continue.
