Kanye West has been stirring up a storm on social media and in the entertainment news headlines lately. The International Business Times reported today that the Yeezy creator has been avoiding his wife, Kim Kardashian after he released a series of tweets about the Kar-Jenner clan.
An insider who spoke with TMZ claimed the 43-year-old rapper – who went to South Carolina this past weekend – hasn’t spoken with her ever since his campaign rally occurred. He later went to his reported 40,000-acre ranch in Wyoming where he is currently staying.
Just one day after his South Carolina rally, Kanye took to his Twitter account to rant about his wife and his mother-in-law, claiming both parties had been trying to “lock him up.”

The rapper also claimed he has been trying to divorce his wife ever since she and Meek Mill met up back in 2018 to discuss prison reform, insinuating she may have tried to cheat on him. Meek Mill, on the other hand, responded with his own tweet in which he claimed it was “all cap.”
Ever since Kanye released his rant, the Kar-Jenner clan has reportedly been trying to reach him, but he won’t meet with them. A source who spoke with TMZ claims the family is worried about the rapper.
In response to the media reports, Kim used her IG account at the beginning of the week to discuss mental illness as well as Kanye’s struggle with bipolar disorder. The reality star wrote on her account that people who are alien to the experience are quick to judge, but really they just don’t understand.
Thus far, many of the rapper’s close friends have gone to Wyoming to speak with him, including Dave Chappelle, Dame Dash, and even Justin Bieber. Earlier this week, Dame Dash commented on his visit with the Ye artist, arguing that if Kanye was “crazy,” Dame would like to lose “his mind like that.”
Dash was obviously referencing the rapper’s tremendous success. Kanye announced he was going to drop a new album this year, start collaborating with Gap and also run for the 2020 presidency. Dame alluded to the rapper’s massive 40,000-acre ranch as a testament to his success and ways of thinking which may have led to his notoriety.
