Earlier today, Sarah Hyland and her fiancé, Wells Adams, celebrated no less than 3 blissful years together and they could not help but mark the special occasion with the most touching and sweet, yet hot, messages on their go-to platform!

As for Wells’ tribute to Sarah, it was shorter but it was just as sweet and it also revealed the nickname he has for her, which is just as playful and mature-rated as hers for him!
