Stacey Solomon abandons home in middle of night and packs up to stay with sister

Stacey Solomon abandoned her home she shares with boyfriend Joe Swash in the middle of the night last night and went to stay at her sister’s.

The Loose Women panellist confessed she packed up her things and fled their Essex home with dog Theo and son Rex after getting the “creeps”.

Stacey, 31, made a run for it after getting scared by the “slightest noise and shadow”.

The mum-of-three took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to tell her 3.8million followers of her terrifying ordeal the night before.

Stacey confessed she was simply too afraid to stay at the house on her own as her sons Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, as well as boyfriend Joe, 38, were all out.

She pictured the moment she had a cup of tea in her sister’s garden as she filled her fans in from the previous evening’s torment.

Explaining her reasoning for making the decision to leave, Stacey said: “Late last night I creeped myself out so ended up packing up Theo and Rex and coming to my sisters.“

“I’m such a loser I know,” she wrote alongside a laughing emoji. “But when I’m home alone the slightest noise or shadow gives me the creeps.

“I’m missing Mr grumpy and the gang,” she admitted with another laughing emoji.

“I’m about to leave to get back and make sure the hedgehog and deer are ok. Happy Saturday everyone.

“Hope you’re all ok! This weekend is finally here.”

Stacey’s evening of terror came after the mum had spent her Friday transforming her home into a gorgeous autumnal wonderland.

Getting herself perhaps a little too much in the mood for the spooky season, the telly personality documented her journey as she got ready for Halloween in a few weeks by digging out her decorations to spruce up her Essex family home.

She showed off the epic makeover on her Instagram, treating followers to a peek at the leafy display she put up around the front door.

Stacey posed with her son Rex in some snaps on her social media page, and they both looked chuffed with their hard work.

Her porch was neatly decorated with pumpkins and also a huge reindeer ahead of the festive period.

The star added a touch of glam with huge silver lanterns complete with candles and fairy lights, which looked incredible.

“Hello Autumn,” she began. “Walking in an Autumn Wonderland… last year I had a bit of a mid life crisis and bought an autumn door display for my 30th birthday I’m so bloomin glad I did because it’s brought me so much joy all year.

“Autumn has been on my garden fence since winter waiting to go back up again. And now finally it’s back. We done more on the bottom this year with more of a woody wonderland theme… There’s also a couple of new additions to the autumn family. Two deer and a hedgehog.”

She added: “If it wasn’t so wet and rainy today I’d let norm sit out here and make friends.
