Kim Kardashian has sparked plastic surgery rumours as she covered up her whole face after leaving her dermatologist appointment.

The reality star paid a visit to her favourite skin specialists as she headed out for a pamper evening in Beverley Hills, California, on Wednesday.

Mum-of-four Kim stopped off for a luxury treatment at her dermatologist, followed by a visit to celebrity doctor Jason Diamond’s clinic, but it’s unknown if she did have any procedures done.

He is a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon, so fans speculated Kim underwent procedures to enhance her natural beauty.

After leaving Dr Jason’s clinic, the star covered up her face by wearing a mask and holding her phone up, which furthered speculation.

She looked incredible in her Skims loungewear, including the cropped jacket and matching tracksuit bottoms.

Kim’s toned stomach was on full display as she tried to escape the paps.

The reality star looked effortlessly chic as she wore her brunette locks in a messy bun and put on some sunglasses as she tried to keep a low profile.

Under her latest Instagram snap, she was flooded with comments on her appearance.

One wrote: “Just gets better and better.”

“Perfection!!!!!!” another shared.

She was also gifted some goodie bags by the doctor, who has appeared on Netflix’s Celebrity Plastic Surgeons.

“OMG fun night,” she wrote next to a photo of the bags.

Kim also treated herself to a luxurious facial by Shani Darden, which left her skin looking silky-smooth.

She appeared on the outing alone after rumours her husband Kanye West is flying around the world to “find himself”.
