Rebel Wilson ‘s personal trainer has finally spilled the secret to her incredible three-stone weight loss by revealing her exact daily workout routine.

The Pitch Perfect star, 40, has continued to wow fans since the beginning of the year after she made a vow to reach her goal weight in 2020.

In recent weeks, the Australian actress has oozed confidence in her brand new slimmed down frame as she continues to work hard to drop down to 11st 8lb.

With only 6lbs to go until she reaches her dream weight, Rebel’s Sydney-based personal trainer has revealed that her weight loss success is down to her dedication to working out five days a week.

During an appearance on Sunrise on Monday, fitness fanatic Jono Castano refused to use the word ‘diet’ when speaking about Rebel’s incredible transformation, and instead insisted that the secret to her weight loss is down to her finally finding ‘balance’ in her lifestyle.

Jono then treated curious viewers to a look at some of the Hollywood star’s essential daily workouts.

The hunky trainer explained that he combines resistance and cardio when it comes to training Rebel, and added that they train together five times a week for 45-minute workouts at a time.

“Exercise is just about getting the body moving. So, it’s important to combine resistance and cardio to mix things up so your body doesn’t get bored or used to your workout plans,” he explained.

With the help of Sunrise host David ‘Kochie’ Koch, Jono showcased a number of Rebel’s favourite workout moves, which include weighted bicep curls and shoulder presses.

The former footballer-turned-PT also demonstrated a number of overhead extensions, before moving on to weighted planks, and recommended that 45 minutes of exercise five days a week, combined with a healthy diet, is the best way to lose weight healthily.

Rebel’s ambitious aim at the beginning of the year was to slim down to 11st 8lb by December, and she’s already on target to meet her goal by the end of October.

As she rang in the new year of 2020, the actress took to Instagram to declare that this new chapter was “The Year of Health” for her.

The actress shared three photos from a walk at the beach, and detailed the lifestyle changes she would make in 2020.

Rebel vowed to drink more water in place of sugar and junk food and encouraged her followers to join her on healthy adventure.
