Rita Ora sparks ‘engagement rumours’ as she’s spotted with huge rock on ring finger
Rita Ora – who is thought to have been in a relationship with music producer Romain Gavras for the last six months – has been seen with a new piece of bling on her ring finger
Pop star Rita Ora has sparked speculation she is engaged to music producer Romain Gavras.
In snaps taken of the star over the weekend, Rita did little to cover her ring finger that was decorated with an eye-catching coloured stone surrounded by a hallow of diamonds.
Trendy Rita – who was out with sister Elena – cut a casual figure for her evening out in a black tracksuit teamed with vinyl padded coat.
The beauty ensured she applied to regulations by donning a face mask and covered her head with a beanie hat.
According to The Sun on Sunday, Rita – who is thought to have been dating music producer Romain, 39, for the last six months – was “flaunting” the ring when at a restaurant with Elena and two friends.
A source told the paper: “Rita was showing off the ring on Thursday with the women seemingly cooing over it.
“She seemed in high spirits when she left the restaurant and then shoved her hand in her pocket.”
Despite the speculation, a source has insisted to the paper that the ring was just a piece of vintage jewellery and that Rita is not engaged after all.
Mirror Online has reached out to representatives of Rita Ora for comment.
Rita has previously been seen on holidays abroad with Romain since the Covid-19 pandemic began, being spotted in Ibiza in July and in Corfu last month.
A source said when they confirmed their romance in July that the Kosovo-born British singer and the French-Greek music video director had made a strong connection.
They revealed that “she’s in a serious thing with Romain and properly loved up.
“It’s the first time she’s been serious with someone in ages.”
The singer has previously been romantically linked to the likes of Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, DJ Calvin Harris, actor Andrew Garfield, and reality TV star Rob Kardashian.
