Courteney Cox put three generations of her family on display as she talked about the memories she’ll treasure for life.

The Friends legend, 56, posed for a swimsuit selfie with daughter Coco, 16, and mum, also called Courteney, 86.

Courteney penned an emotional tribute to her beloved mum and daughter, who she shares with ex-husband David Arquette.

The selfie was shared during the coronavirus lockdown by Courteney to mark Mothers’ Day.

“Here we are, my mom, Coco and me wrapped together in our generational trifecta,” she wrote.

“I am so grateful to be my daughter’s mother, and my mother’s daughter. This is just one of the many beautiful memories I will always treasure.

“Whether I’m right next to you in the ocean, or oceans apart, I love you always Moma. Wishing you a very happy Mother’s Day!”

Courteney and Friend co-stars Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, Matt Le Blanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry had been due to reunite onscreen for a special reunion on HBO Max.

And while the episode is still in the works, it’s been completely called off for 2020 after Covid threw a spanner in the works.

Originally set for a May 2020 air date, its been postponed a number of time to the frustration of fans.

Now it’s thought to have been moved to May 2021 “at the earliest.”

Meanwhile, Courteney was left pining for her Snow Patrol rocker boyfriend Johnny McDaid as they isolated during lockdown on opposite sides of the Atlantic.

Posting a snap of the two of them chatting on a video call for Johnny’s 44th birthday, Courteney penned: “It’s been 133 days since we were last together.

“Covid sucks. Happy birthday J.

“I loved our lunch/dinner (LA/London time) zoom date today. I miss you madly. #myone.”

The pair found a spark back in 2013 and soon went official with their showbiz super-romance.

Courteney’s previously told that Johnny had jetted to Europe before flights were cancelled en masse – leaving the musician stranded in the UK.

“He was supposed to go to Switzerland to write and instead had to go to England,” she explained.

“Then all of a sudden, this all happened and they called a quarantine.”
