Mark Labbett reveals how he managed weight loss in 2021
Mark Labbett looks slimmer than ever in latest snaps showing off his incredible weight loss.
The Chase star took to Instagram to post a selfie to ask his fans to vote in the National Television Awards.
Fans were quick to notice the chaser looking slim in a navy blue suit which he paired with a light pink shirt.
Mark has been nominated alongside his fellow Chasers and host Bradley Walsh for the Daytime Favourite, but they’re up against This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
Alongside the selfie Mark wrote: “Sorry more begging for votes. It’s NTA time again 🙂 #NTA.”
Fans took to the comments to tell Mark, AKA The Beast, that they would be casting their vote for him but also noticed how much weight he has lost.

Mark has showed off his weight loss
One person wrote: “Jeez!!! Look at you, most of you has disappeared, you look amazing.”
As a second commented: “My goodness looking good Mark already voted of course. Good luck #teamchase I’m rooting for you as always.”
A third person said: “Voted! You look amazing, what’s your secret?” while another added: “Had to take a double take, you are looking great!!!”
Another took to the comments to say: “Wow!!! You’ve lost some weight!! Well Done Mark!”
Mark first appeared on The Chase in 2009 and has been going by the nickname The Beast ever since.
Over the years, the Chaser’s personal life and weight loss journey have been a hot topic of conversation for many fans of the quiz show.
Mark has lost 10 stone
Mark started losing weight in lockdown
After splitting from his wife Katie he used the time to put his health first.
Mark appeared on Loose Women where he gave an insight into his new lifestyle where he cut out carbs from his diet and managed to lose 10 stone.
He said: “I’ve been around 26 stone up until lockdown, and then a few things happened quite nicely and came together and I started losing weight.”
The star found that during lockdown he was chasing after his toddler due to nurseries being shut and this changed his eating habits.
Mark added: “The principle thing is running around after a hyperactive toddler when nurseries have been shut. How do you keep up with them?
“I found at the end of the evening instead of going to the fridge for late night snacking, all I could do was collapse on the bed.”
Mark has been axed from the US version of The Chase
The 56-year-old recently revealed that he has a new job.
Mark was axed from the US version of The Chase after a 40 percent drop in viewing figures but now has a different opportunity.
After fans of the show called for him to return but Mark said he works for Game Show Network now, which is a streaming service owned by Sony.
When the new US chasers were announced, Mark said he was ‘gutted’ to not be returning for another season.
