Mark Wright’s Range Rover car has been stolen off his drive.

The reality TV star, 33, took to Twitter on Monday to reveal his shock and surprise at the incident as he asked fans for help.

Essex native Mark told his 2.7 million Twitter followers that he was at home when his car – thought to be worth around £60,000 – was taken from the driveway of the home he shares with wife Michelle Keegan.

Pleading for help online, the star shared the number plate of the car and penned: “If Anyone sees a black Range Rover sport in the Chigwell area heading away from Abridge… please tweet me.”

He added: “Just this second stolen off my drive whilst we are home. Unbelievable.”

An insider close to the TOWIE personality told The Sun, shortly after the tweet: “Mark accidentally left his gate unlocked and that’s when the car was stolen. But, the car has a tracker on it – Mark’s already found it in Ilford so will have it back within the hour.”

Mark’s stunning Essex pad often features on his social media pages.

Most recently, fans caught a glimpse at the lavish home and driveway in a hilarious video he made with Olly Murrs.

The video he shared was very similar to Gavin and Stacey’s special Christmas episode from last year, as Elton John’s iconic Step Into Christmas tune played over the top.

The clip told the story of Mark jokingly not letting his close pal into his luxury home as Essex is currently in Tier 2 amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“Mursy!” Mark shouts in the clip, as his mate delightfully responds: “Wrighty!”

Issuing a strict warning, Mark says: “Two metres and all that, Merry Christmas.”

Olly replies: “I’ve brought the beers round,” as Mark laughs: “Get in! You can keep the Corona mate, know what I’m saying, I’ll have the Heineken. Washed your hands, I hope?”

The singer tells him “don’t worry” as they open their beers from either side of the huge front door.

“Does that mean Wrighty you’re asking me to… ‘step in’?” Olly asks as the music starts playing.

Mark replies: “Not this year mate, come on.”

Olly says: “But Boris says you can have three people from different households at Christmas, so I’ve picked you.”

Awkwardly Mark responds: “Yeah but I haven’t managed to pick you, I’ve got a big family mate.”

Lonely This Christmas starts to play in the background as a heartbroken Olly says: “Yeah I just thought… maybe you’d pick me.”

Mark sadly says: “I love you, you know that, but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, next year there’ll be none of this, and we’ll all be together at Christmas.”

Olly then walks away, and says: “Have a lovely Christmas, give love to the family.”

Mark wrote alongside the video on his Instagram : “Well…. that was awkward !! Here’s to 2021 @ollymurs we will be sweet then, thanks for the beers though son merry Christmas P.s you will always be my Smithy, Mursy.”
