Lauren Goodger says she’s lost weight in lockdown by getting plenty of exercise between the sheets with her new boyfriend.
The former TOWIE star, 34, says that having frequent sex with her beau Charles Drury is her secret to staying trim during lockdown.
She told new! magazine her secret was: “Having loads of sex LOL! When you’re in a relationship even though we do nice things, I never finish my dinner. I don’t really snack but he eats a lot. I don’t overeat and I’m trying to be careful.”
Lauren, who lost four stone in six months before bringing out her workout DVD in 2015, said while many people have gained weight in lockdown, she’s done the opposite.
She said: “When I’m bored and depressed I’m drinking but I feel happy and excited and not bloated.”
But she said that maintaining her figure is much harder than it seems.
She added: “But I haven’t been able to train so I feel sluggish. It’s my boobs and a**e. They don’t stop growing.”
Lauren says that Charles tried to chat her up two years ago by sliding into her DMs, but she ignored him.
They ended up getting together when he decided to message her again and she got to know him over FaceTime.
Builder Charles dated Katie Price before coupling up with Lauren.
But Lauren downplayed the relationship saying “it wasn’t anything”.
It was reported that 42-year-old Katie issued a warning to Lauren, telling her that Charles had only been with her for the fame.
But Lauren said she hasn’t spoken to Katie for years and that she’s “very happy” with Charles, 23.
Lauren, who famously dated Mark Wright and got engaged to him on TOWIE, also recently claimed she was “set up” for storylines on the reality show.
She said on Marnie Simpson’s podcast, Marnie’s Home Truths: “There’s a very dark side with it, you have no control over it.
“Reality TV has it hard because you are who you are in real life and when you’re on a TV show even though it’s real it’s still casted, you’re still a character and you’re still briefed and there’s still things you kind of have to say to camera.
