Former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has been praised by fans for sharing a totally ‘real’ picture from a swimwear photoshoot
Jacqueline Jossa has been applauded by fans for sharing a totally honest bikini snap which shows off her “real” body.
The former EastEnders star, 27, shared her passion for body positivity by posting two pictures from a recent photoshoot for In The Style which showed her sitting by a pool in a two-piece.
In the first picture, Jacqueline is perfectly posed with her toned tummy and bronzed legs on display.
She added the second shot, which features the former actress in a much more “real” stance, in a bid to show her female fans how camera angles and poses can be deceiving.
Jac – who has been tipped for Strictly this year – urged women to work on loving their bodies no matter what their shape or size.
She wrote: “Shout out to all us women working on loving their bodies because that s**t is hard and I’m proud of us.
“Just wanted to share another posed v relaxed pic from my @inthestyle shoot!
“Of course I prefer the shot on the left but who sits like that around the pool, breathing in, arm aching, bum digging into the side I really wanted to shoot my swimwear my way and show a bit of realness in how this looks on me.
“A huge thanks to @inthestyle for letting me do this and design a little swimwear collection which I think is flattering for all shapes!!
“I felt so comfortable in it all!…”
Fans flocked to her page to tell her how beautiful she looks in both pictures, with many declaring they prefer the “real” snap to the more staged version.
One wrote: “Is it me or do you look u even more stunning on the right ?”
Another added: “You spread so much positivity and self love and I’m so here for it!”
A third commented: “Gorgeous body. You’re so awesome.”
Jac recently opened up about her plan to get fit, confessing she’s aiming to get healthy rather than lose weight.
In a video posted online, she explained: “I’m having those thoughts of I need to start doing a bit for me and I’m going to try and go for walks and maybe do some exercise.

“And no, before everyone pipes up it’s not to necessarily lose weight, I wouldn’t mind it but it is more just to know that you’re doing something.
“Because work-wise I’m feeling really good, I’m busy I’m on the ball and I just want to maintain that and I feel like getting on the ball with it now, it’s got to be done.
“Gotta start doing some fitness stuff, purely for the mind, not to get skinnaaaay!!not to get skinnaaaay!!
“Just need to make sure I keep active and for so good for the brain.
“Excited about that… cut to me tomorrow not doing anything about it but hey, this is my 11pm evening thought lol I’ll check in with you tomorrow.
