Dani Dyer has said her boyfriend is ‘so innocent’ after pictures emerged of him getting into a taxi with three women following a night out in London this week.
Pregnant Dani, who is expecting her first child with Sammy, defended the Essex stockbroker who was accused of breaking coronavirus rules with the group cab ride.
Dani took to Instagram to share a photo of Sammy sitting in the car opposite the ladies and quipped: “He really needs to start smiling more in pap photos.
“Now I’m never one to comment on my relationship because we do keep it as private as we possibly can,” she added, followed by a red love heart emoji.
“However, I will not have by boyfriend accused of something when he is so innocent (even though he looks evil in this photo LOL,” she protested.
Dani then slammed what she described as ‘bitter people’ who were ‘getting off’ on stories about her romance with Sammy.
“I’m not an insecure girl in this relationship. My fella knows what he has at home. I have plenty of boy mates,” she added.
Earlier on Sunday, 24-year-old Dani took to social media to respond to a tweet about ‘bitter and shady’ ex partners.
A user on the site tweeted: “Bitter & shady ex girlfriend’s are hilarious, bottom barrel.”
Dani then reshared the message with her own 334,000 followers and added: “And bitter ex girlfriends mums #sorrynotsorry.”
Her tweet got some attention from her fans with one calling her ‘savage.’
It came hours after pictures emerged of the Love Island winner’s boyfriend Sammy appearing to break lockdown rules by hopping into the back of a taxi with three women.
Sammy was seen getting into the cab after leaving restaurant MNKY HSE in London on Thursday evening.
He sat next to another man while three women sat across from them with none of the group wearing face masks, which have been made mandatory during the coronavirus pandemic.
London is currently in Tier 2, meaning that people can only meet indoors with people who they live with or have formed a support bubble with.
People can meet in groups of up to six if they are outdoors, which means either in a private garden or another outdoor space.
People can continue to meet in groups larger than six if they are all from the same household or support bubble or for other legal exemptions.
Dani and Sammy are living together as they await the arrival of their first child.
Pregnant Dani revealed that her mum Jo Mas had also wanted to move in with them after the birth to help her take care of the baby.
Last month, Dani told her followers she was in “full nesting mode” as she got her house ready for her baby’s arrival.
