Where Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars are 13 years later

If there was ever a show to catapult an entire family into stardom, it was Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The first episode of the birds-eye reality show aired on October 14th 2007 and followed the trials and tribulations of the Kardashian-Jenner family, who went on to beome household names.

After building an empire, and gaining recognition as the most famous clan in the world after 20 seasons, Keeping Up With The Kardashians is coming to an end in 2021.

Taking to Instagram last night, Kim, 39, broke the news to her 189 million followers when she gushed that she would be nowhere without the show which changed her life forever.

While Kim is regarded as the original face of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians, it goes without saying that her family have also benefitted from appearing on the hit reality show.

Here, we take a look at where the stars are 13 years later.

Kim Kardashian

Before bagging a prime-time reality show with the E! Network, Kim Kardashian was best known as a friend of Paris Hilton before the release of a sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J made her an Internet star.

Fast-forward 13 years and the 39-year-old is regarded as the most famous woman in the world.

In the space of a few short years, Kim has built a number of booming fashion and beauty businesses which rake in a fortune for the proud mother-of-four including KKW Beauty, KKW Fragrance and Skims.

Earlier this year, Forbes magazine revealed that the reality TV queen is worth a whopping 900 million dollars (about £700 million).

Elsewhere, she has made the brave decision to follow in her late father, Robert Kardashian's footsteps by pursuing a legal career.

Kim has rapidly emerged as one of the leading criminal justice reformers in the US and is working hard to become a lawyer. Her work has taken her to the White House, where she spoke with US President Donald Trump to promote efforts to help former prisoners get jobs.

Kim’s love life has been the subject of much debate over the years after she tied the knot with controversial rapper Kanye West in 2014, and this year, the couple endured much criticism after Kanye confessed that he had been trying to divorce his wife for two years during a Twitter rant.

Kim and Kanye share four beautiful children together.

Kris Jenner

Momager Kris Jenner is highly regarded as the backbone of Keeping Up With The Kardashians empire.

The 64-year-old manages the careers of her six children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Rob, Kendall and Kylie and she has been involved in the launch and an instrumental guiding force of their successful family brands including Kylie Cosmetics and KKW Beauty.

Before she became a household name, Kris built a career as a flight attendant before falling head over heels with her first husband Robert Kardashian.

After many happy years of marriage and four children, Kris divorced Robert Kardashian who was OJ Simpson's lawyer and best friend.

When Keeping Up kicked off, Kris was married to Olympic hero Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce.

She’s now in a happy relationship with businessman Corey Gamble, and has become almost as famous as her six children, boasting over 36 million followers on her Instagram.

Kourtney Kardashian

The eldest child of the Kardashian clan, Kourtney Kardashian has been a favourite among fans from the very beginning.

Now 41, she was 28 years old when the show first began in 2007.

Over the years, viewers have seen Kourtney welcome three children with on-off partner Scott Disick and engage in plenty of rows with her younger siblings – especially Kim.

The brunette bombshell gained incredible recognition from the show and bagged front cover spreads on some of the world’s biggest magazines including Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

Last year, the proud mum set up her own lifestyle business, Poosh which has went down a treat with adoring admirers.

Although Keeping Up With The Kardashians undoubtedly made her who she is today, Kourtney became ambivalent towards the show that made her a star last year and ‘took some time away’ after getting into a physical fight with Kim over her lack of commitment.

Kourtney’s on-off relationship with long-term love Scott Disick has been a long running storyline on the show since the beginning.

In recent months, the pair have snubbed speculation that they are an item again after Lord Disick ended his relationship with model Sofia Ritchie.

Khloe Kardashian

Comedy queen Khloe Kardashian, 35, is the youngest daughter of Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian Snr and was 23-years-old when the show first aired.

During her time on KUWTK, Khloe’s relationship with Lamar Odom took centre stage after she paused divorce proceedings in 2015 after the sport star suffered a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel.

Khloe has also appeared on spin-off shows with older sister Kourtney such as Kourtney and Khloe take Miami and more. Since then, she has welcomed her daughter True with her now ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

The couple’s relationship broke down in 2018 when Tristan was accused of cheating on Khloe with her younger sister Kylie’s best friend Jordyn Woods.

In 2016, she hosted her own talk show, Kocktails with Khloé, and starred in the health and fitness docu-series Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.

Her fashion brand Good American a brand which creates new sizes and fits and had the most successful denim launch in history, earned over $1 million in sales on its launch date.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner

Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, daughters of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, first appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians as children but are now among the most influential young people on the planet.

Supermodel Kendall, 24, boasts and eye-watering 139 million Instagram followers and has become one of the most recognised model’s in the world after walking for the likes of Gucci and Victoria’s Secret.

Her 23-year-old sister Kylie is one of the most followed people in the world with a 195 million fanbase.

After welcoming her daughter Stormi in 2018 with rapper Travis Scott, Kylie managed to build her brand Kylie Cosmetics the most successful family business venture.

In March 2019, Forbes declared that Kylie was the first self-made billionaire in history with the headline "At 21, Kylie Jenner Becomes The Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Ever".

In an unexpected turn of events, Forbes retracted the claim, accusing the reality star of inflating the value of her business.

Caitlyn Jenner

Caitlyn Jenner, who first appeared on the show as Bruce Jenner, was once labelled the "world's greatest athlete" thanks to her Olympic exploits.

In 2015, she rocked the world when she came out as a transgender woman and admitted that all throughout her life, she knew that she wanted to live as a female.

She appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair alongside a picture taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz and the headline "Call me Caitlyn".

The reality TV star later starred in I Am Cait, an E! documentary series chronicling her life post-transition.

Since transitioning, Caitlyn became a national treasure in the UK after appearing on I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!

Her relationship with ex-wife Kris Jenner and step-daughter Khloe has become massively strained since becoming Caitlyn, with Khloe even unfollowing her on Instagram.

Scott Disick

Disick has been a main cast member throughout Keeping Up With The Kardashians, often providing a source of comic relief during tough times.

A businessman, he is known for his "Lord Disick" persona as well as for being the father of Kourtney's three children.

The pair split in 2015 but rumors are rife that the former lovebirds are getting close once again following Scott’s breakup with Sofia Ritchie.

The reality star’s battles with drink and drugs have been a running theme of the show.
