The Beckhams have been tuning in to watch I’m A Celebrity - and are backing Beverley Callard to win.
David and Victoria are said to be rooting for the Coronation Street star, who plays Liz McDonald, who they supported when she quit the cobbles in 1998.
A source said: “The Beckhams are big fans of Beverley and having been loving watching her on the show.”
In her memoir Unbroken: My Story Of Survival, Bev told how David and Victoria attended her leaving bash when she left Weatherfield the first time round.
She said: “My last scene was in the McDonalds’ living room in November 1998 when Liz said to Jim, ‘I’m going.’
“It was really, really sad but we knew we had to keep it together until the scene was in the can.
“As soon as it was finished everyone started crying.
“That evening, Coronation Street threw an amazing party for me. Nick Cochrane had been written out by then but he came back for the party and everyone from the cast was there.
“Even Victoria and David Beckham came because he was still playing in Manchester at that point and I’d met Victoria a few times through Rebecca’s friend, Mel B.
