The blonde bombshell appeared to be glowing as she wrapped up in a cosy chocolate brown long-lined coat in a bid to keep the chilly London breeze at bay.
Vanessa put on an elegant display as she beamed from ear-to-ear while showing off her slimmed down physique in a maxi-length floral dress.
She teamed the chic dress with some black tights before finishing off the glamorous ensemble with some heeled black ankle boots.
Vanessa’s slim demeanor comes after she decided to completely overhaul her lifestyle last year.
The BBC Teatime Show host vowed to ditch the takeaways and swap them out for a more balanced diet.
Her regular exercise which sped up her weight loss.
The star, who previously had a gastric band fitted in a bid to help her shed some weight, told This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that she decided to have it removed last year.
After making the decision to take out the band, Vanessa promised herself she would keep her weight down by sticking to a healthy lifestyle plan which did wonders for her waistline.
Vanessa decided to ditch the gastric band after it had wrapped around her liver in 2018.
It caused her to feel as though she was "drowning" as her body filled up with fluid for weeks on end.
Vanessa has said she's happier than ever and it definitely shows.
