The former Gladiators presenter, 53, sent her fans wild when she posted a steamy photo on Instagram on Tuesday.
Her naked photograph was a statement of defiance as she vowed to "reclaim my body".
But she pointed out it has taken her more time for her mind to recover.
She added: "Reclaiming my mind is taking a bit more time".
Clothes off, the blonde bombshell looked fantastic as she showed off her body on the social platform.
Ulrika went make-up free to show off her glowing skin and let her natural beauty shine.
The mother-of-four got the attention of her 119k followers on Instagram with the temporary snaps on her stories.
The TV star has been taking more time to look after her wellbeing, having previously suffered with depression and insomnia.
It's not the first time Ulrika has caused a stir with her more controversial Instagram posts.
Back in May, she shared a sunbathing selfie where she wrote: "Sun's out. Tiny t**s out."
Fans were infuriated to see the star was topping up her tan during the pandemic.
At the time, Ulrika defended her decision to sunbathe and show off her amazing figure in a tiny bikini.
