TOWIE star James Lock has revealed how he has given up booze and partying to save his romance with "pregnant" girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou.

James, 33, has swapped his wild ways for morning meditation in a last ditch effort to save the pair's rocky relationship.

The actor said Yaz has also quit the booze and is joining him in the detox to help their relationship.

He also told how in the future he wants to focus on "Yaz, his own mental health, and business".

James told The Sun : "I'm a changed man; I've realised I need to grow up and be a man not a boy.

"It has been a long time coming but I am ready to settle down, I can’t be the party boy anymore - Yaz and I have both quit the booze and are on a detox for our relationship.

"I've also started to meditate for ten minutes every morning. I've also started listening to positive thinking and inspirational podcasts, It really does clear my head and mind and makes me feel so much better.

Yazmin stunned viewers tuned into Wednesday night's TOWIE when she admitted she thinks she might be pregnant with James' baby.

The bombshell came at the end of the episode in a preview for next week's instalment where Yazmin was seen sitting on her bed when she plucked up the courage to tell her on-off beau the news.

'I don't know how to say this," she began. "I think I could be pregnant."

The camera then cut to James who appeared stunned into silence gazing blankly at his partner.

The pair dated for two years before splitting in July 2019.

After shaking off their past troubles, Yaz has now set her sights firmly on building a future with James.
