Tamera Mowry-Housley seems to be hinting at some fantastic news to come after dropping the bombshell about her exit from The Real.
The Sister, Sister actress announced that after seven years on the talk show, she has decided to leave. So, how does she feel after making this life-changing decision?
The TV personality took to Instagram where she posted a stunning photo with this caption: “Feeling a deep sense of #strength, #innerpeace, and #happiness from the Lord today, and for that, I am grateful. Wishing everyone a beautiful weekend.”
She shared this message: “As women, we often feel like we have to do and be it all. We are a wife, a mother, a teacher, a chef, a therapist, a sister, the list goes on and on. I wouldn’t trade it for the world, but some days are definitely easier than others. For all the women out there who are feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, just know: It’s perfectly okay to not always be okay. We’re all just doing our best 💛 #selflove #realtalk.”
One fan said: “So so true, beautiful picture Tam and powerful reminder for us all. Motherhood is not a martyrdom, we can love all the different pieces fully without it being self-sacrificial, finding that balance to let the ball drop when you can’t do everything and give yourself grace is necessary. I love that you are looking at the glass half full instead of half empty. “Some days are easier than others”. Be well sweet mama.”

I hope you continue to follow your heart & spirit and continue to do what is best for you (first) and your family!!! Thank you for this. I struggle with balance, and most days, I’m just exhausted physically and mentally. Thanks for the reminder that it’s okay not always to be okay. Take it one day at a time… gorgeous photo btw.”
