Maisie Smith has revealed that a giant seagull tried to attack her face while she ate a fish finger sandwich.
The 19-year-old EastEnders star, who will also be appearing on the next series of Strictly Come Dancing, opened up about the experience on social media.
Sharing a sunny snap with her 708,000 Instagram followers, Maisie appeared to pose up a storm in front of some boats while on the beach in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
In the stunning snap, the actress donned a crop top and high waisted jeans as she threw her arms in the air.
She also had a tiny handbag hooked over her arm and let her locks fall naturally around her shoulders.

"This was the day a giant seagull bit my face tryna eat my fish finger bap," Maisie added to her caption.
Some of her fans reacted in shock to the ordeal, while others rushed to compliment the star on her gorgeous picture.
"OMG you’re still smiling?! I’d have freaked out!!" wrote one fan.
"Beautiful pic nice to see you back on the box send my love to mum x" penned another.
Maisie's recent beach stint comes shortly before the star is set to descend upon the Strictly ballroom as one of the latest celebrity competitors.
The actress - who plays Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders - is also pitted to go far in the competition and has even appeared on the show once before.
Having won Strictly's Children In Need special alongside Kevin Clifton in 2019, the performer is already a favourite to take the trophy once more.
Maisie has also revealed that she had previous dance experience and even frequently shows off her moves in plenty of TikTok videos.
It was recently reported that professionals are allegedly competing to land Maisie as a partner because she's "a brilliant dancer."
