Strictly's James Jordan begs fans for help as his Twitter account is hacked

The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 42, was left scrambling after a hacker posted a cryptic tweet from his account

James Jordan was forced to turn to his fans for help after his Twitter account was seemingly hacked.

The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 42, was left scrambling after a hacker posted a cryptic tweet from his account.

The bizarre tweet, which James didn't write, read: "What you say I #@@."

After seeing the tweet posted on his profile, James was forced to let fans know it wasn't him who wrote it.

Writing to his 269.9k followers, James penned: "Ok...... I didn't post my last tweet. Does that mean I’ve been hacked? Yes.

"What do I do now?"

His fans began flooding the tweet's reply with tonnes of helpful suggestions.

One advised: "Change your password IMMEDIATELY and enable 2 factor authentication if not done so already."

Another penned: "I would change your password and report it to Twitter."

While a third added: "Change your password NOW!"

And although James received some helpful comments, other fans were fooled into thinking it was actually his five-month-old daughter who tweeted it.

One confused fan remarked: "I'm sure if you'd been hacked they could've come up with a better tweet, perhaps your beautiful daughter has already sussed out how to use your social media account."

Another agreed, writing: "Maybe Ella did it," alongside a laughing emoji.

James' Twitter recently raised some eyebrows, including those of Amy Hart's.

The reality TV star, 28, said she was "crushed" to find out James didn't like her as he was one of her favourite celebrities.

Former Strictly Come Dancing pro James made several unkind comments about Amy in the villa, including one that said: "Amy is a bully girl! And f**k knows what Curtis sees in her."

He also branded her a "snake" and a "b**ch" over her feud with Lucie Donlan.
