Steph McGovern has explained more about the nature of her chilling night terrors.
The new mum previously told how she'd sought out professional help after sleepless nights had her convinced she'd lost her baby daughter.
Now she's told that she's suffered from them since she was a child, but since becoming an adult they've become more sinister.
On her new show Steph's Packed Lunch, she chatted with sleep expert James Wilson and told him her story.
"I've had them since I was a child, and they happen when there are big things happening in my life," Steph told.
"When I was a kid, I used to worry about school and schoolwork – I was a proper swat! My parents once came into my room and I was doing my homework in my sleep, which you might think is brilliant actually.
"But my parents ended up having to tell the school they were giving us too much homework.
"So all the other kids loved me for that."
Asked by chef John Whaite what her worst night terrors have been, Steph remarked: "It's probably since having a baby.
"I stopped having them for a while and when I had the baby, it all manifested into worrying about caring for her properly and during the night was just worrying that I've lost her or dropped her.
"And then know I haven’t because I look at the cot and she is there asleep, but they are quite common to have!"
Steph gave birth in November, Steph revealing that "everything now revolves around the baby."
She previously recalled how her partner had woken up to find her "on the floor scrabbling around under things or in cupboards, looking for the baby."
Sleep expert James gave Steph a few useful hacks to help her beat the night terrors, including stress management, winding down properly for an hour or even something as simple as reducing the room's temperature.
She's also adopted policies of her own, including not looking at her phone, reading certain stories or watching the news for a while before she hits the hay.
