Radio DJs Paul Gambaccini and Neil Fox open up about being investigated under Operation Yewtree in an upcoming documentary.
Sir Cliff Richard will also feature in the programme, named The Accused: National Treasures on Trial.
Gambaccini and Fox have recorded frank video diaries about the impact the accusations had on their lives, families, careers and reputations.
Channel 4 says the show will examine "the wider legacy of Yewtree through their eyes".
The sexual assault inquiry was launched 10 years ago in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal.
Gambaccini was arrested in October 2013 over a claim that he sexually assaulted two teenage boys.
The 73-year-old radio regular spent a year on bail before the case was dropped.

Former Capital FM presenter Fox, 61, was accused of and denied eight counts of indecent assault and two of sexual assault in the late 1980s.
In December 2015 he was cleared at Westminster magistrates court of all charges against him. Sir Cliff, 81, won a privacy case against the BBC over its coverage of a South Yorkshire Police raid on his home in Sunningdale, Berks.
The raid in August 2014 came after a child sex assault allegation.
The veteran singer, who denied the allegations, was never arrested and in June 2016 prosecutors announced he would face no charges.

Sir Cliff and Gambaccini have campaigned for suspects to remain anonymous unless charged.
Lee McMurray, Channel 4 commissioning editor of factual entertainment, said: "This film offers a unique and fresh take on events that changed us forever, compelling viewers to ask important questions about a watershed moment in British history.
"The hurt and anger felt by three household names caught in the eye of the storm sparked by Yewtree, is weighed against the need for and value of a police operation that, while not perfect, delivered long overdue justice to victims of heinous crimes."
