Stacey Solomon was left cringing after her boyfriend Joe Swash vowed to "put his rod all over" her after she banned his fishing gear from the house.

The Loose Women star took to Instagram today to share the pair's in-car banter as they headed to the shops.

Stacey shared a video of the conversation in which Joe moaned about not being allowed to bring his equipment indoors.

She captioned the clip: "We are on our way to the shops and he's moaning about the norm [sic] situation...

"Apparently he's going to get me back by putting his fishing stuff in the bed. His rod all over me."

In the video, Joe, who is driving, tells Stacey: "You know how you hate all my fishing stuff. You won't let none of my fishing stuff in the house."

Stacey then replied: "It doesn't belong in the house."

Joe goes on: "This week you're going to wake up with all my fishing stuff all over your face. My rod all over ya."

Putting on a shocked face, Stacey responds: "You want to put your rod all over me?" and Joe adds: "I wanna put my rod..."

The pair were heading to the shops for a last-minute stock up before lockdown in England begins on Thursday.

Stacey shared a picture of herself holding the couple's son Rex and vowed to do a "supermarket sweep".

She wrote: "We made it to the shops! It's already super busy so I'm going to supermarket sweep it and get out of here.
