Stacey Dooley has announced she's expecting her first baby with boyfriend Kevin Clifton, after meeting on Strictly Come Dancing

Stacey Dooley has announced she's expecting her first baby with her former Strictly Come Dancing boyfriend Kevin Clifton.

The happy news was announced on Stacey's Instagram page as she shared the first snap of her blossoming bump and said she was 'delighted' with the news.

"Gaaaaaaang.....We are having a baby!" the documentary-maker excitedly told fans.

"So b***dy delighted," she went on.

Turning her attention to boyfriend Kevin, who she met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, Stacey gushed: "Kev, you're magic, I love youuuu."

The TV star then joked that being pregnant had become 'impossible to hide.'

"If one more person asks me if I've had my t**s done in LA I'm gonna scream," she laughed.

Delighted dad-to-be Kevin shared the same photo with his social media fans and tweeted: "We're having a baby. Look how beautiful Stacey looks."

The pair were immediately swamped with congratulatory messages from a host of Strictly stars past and present.

Graziano di Prima was one of the first to comment: "Whaaaaaaatttt?!!! OMG SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUUU"

Stacey and Kevin were first introduced when they were paired on the 2018 series of Strictly, which they went on to win.

Months after the show, Stacey announced she had split with her personal trainer boyfriend of five years with her romance with 'King Kev', as she affectionately calls the dancer, revealed shortly after in 2019.

While Kevin was newly single when he was partnered with Stacey, after splitting with second wife Karen Hauer before the series began.

Karen, 40, has since gone on to marry Jordan Wyn-Jones, who she called 'the love of my life', in a star-studded wedding in June.

After dodging criticism from Stacey's ex, who branded Kevin a 'snake' after their romance came to light, the loved-up pair have gone from strength to strength – moving into their own love nest before announcing their first baby today.

Despite living together, Stacey admitted earlier last year she is in no rush to marry her professional dancer beau.

In an episode of Stacey Sleeps Over, Stacey revealed: "Kev and I have been together for two years.

"I don't think I want to get married. I think I'd be more interested in starting a family than getting married."

She added: "I can't think of anything worse than being a Tradwife. I would be useless, completely and utterly useless. He'd divorce me in a heartbeat."

Recently, the couple jetted off on a dreamy getaway to Los Angeles, California. Kevin shared a series of snaps from their trip, including an image of the pair sunbathing on the beach.

More photos showed the picturesque scenes from their getaway while the final snap saw the documentary maker Stacey glowing while looking away from the camera.

As Kevin shared the photos on his Instagram page earlier in August, he simply captioned them by writing: "LA".
