Sharon Osbourne is looking totally different these days.

While she's looking as glam as ever, Sharon has completely switched up her look by ditching her famous red hair dye and embracing her greying locks.

For years, Sharon's hair was as fiery as her personality, but lately, she's ditched her signature dye to adopt a more au naturel look - and she's stunning.

The 68-year-old wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne hasn't always been about the natural though, and has admitted that she's had some help from surgeons over her decades in the spotlight.

She's spent the last 20 years having the odd nip and tuck to boost her confidence and give her body a makeover.

Former X Factor judge Sharon had her fourth face lift last year, and was left in so much pain that she mouthed "help me!" after the operation.

Sharon's relationship with plastic surgery started after she lost more than 100lb in weight in 1999 following a gastric bypass.

Since then, she's spent hundreds of thousands transforming her looks.

Sharon has been open about the fact she's had a tummy tuck and a boob job, followed by another surgery to remove the implants when they started leaking.

She's also had a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery.

Sharon has also gone under the knife to treat herself to a designer vagina as well as eyelift surgery, a thigh lift, a butt lift and full body lift, and liposuction.

She's also admitted to having plenty of Botox in her time, as well as various injectables to keep hold of her youthful glow.

Sharon wrote about the work she'd had done in her 2013 autobiography Unbreakable.

She penned: "There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether.

"I don't think I'm as bad as some women - like Jocelyn 'Bride of' Wildenstein. But I won't be having any more cosmetic procedures."

However, her vow didn't last and she went under the knife again.

A surgeon at GLOW by MYA told Mirror Online about the work they believe Sharon has had done.

They said: "I would suggest that Sharon has had a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures over the years to help her maintain a youthful appearance as well as change some of her physical features.

"While Sharon has previously discussed and publicly confirmed certain aesthetic procedures including a facelift, breast surgery, eye bag removal (blepharoplasty) and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), I believe she may have also had an upper/lower face and neck lift.

"Scars from this type of procedure are normally hidden in the hairline and around the back of the ear to keep scarring discrete. The area at the bottom of the cheeks often referred to as the 'jowls' can start to sag with the natural ageing process as soft tissue becomes deflated over time. The surgical procedure will pull and tighten the skin to give the face a rejuvenated look."

The surgeon continued: "Blepharoplasty (eye bag removal) is where the excess skin and fat is removed from either the upper or lower eyelids, meaning that the eyelids are no longer hooded or droopy. The price of a Blepharoplasty procedure can range depending on the patient but will often be £3,900 to £7,500.

"It is also possible that Sharon has had the non-surgical treatment of dermal fillers to her cheeks, often referred to as 'cheek fillers'. Dermal fillers can be used in this area to re-introduce structure and volume along the cheekbones.

"For many other women, fillers are used to plump up skin sections where volume is lost due to the natural ageing process. The procedure replaces soft tissue while filling in wrinkles and skin folds. Fillers can range in price depending on the area and amount used but are commonly priced between £150 and £500 per session."

The expert also commented on the non-surgical treatments they believe Sharon has had.

They continued: "I believe that Sharon may have undergone the non-surgical treatment of fillers to her lips as she appears to have a slightly fuller mouth compared to previous images. The provider has ensured her lips still appear extremely natural and in proportion to her facial features. The average cost of lip fillers in the UK can range depending on the provider and the amount of filler used, however, you can expect to pay anything from £200 to £1,000 per treatment.

"Sharon's eyes appear brighter and her eyebrows slightly lifted – this would suggest she may have had the non-surgical treatment of anti-wrinkle injections (also known as Botox). Sharon has most likely had Botox to her forehead and glabella (in between the eyebrows) as you can see she has a smooth forehead, lifted brow arch and a limited frown/expression.

"The procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin if patients are looking for a youthful appearance or can be used as a preventative measure to slow the appearance of wrinkles.

"Sharon looks great and I believe she will regularly receive these non-surgical treatments to maintain her youthful appearance along with a healthy diet."
