She's tried Rolling in the Deep and Chasing Pavements but now Adele has turned to a self-help book.
The singer and songwriter, who has lost seven stone, is gushing about her praise for Glennon Doyle’s bestseller Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living.
Adele, 32, said she felt as if she “flew into her body for the very first time” after reading mum-of-three Doyle’s third memoir.
Her books cover her struggles with bulimia, anxiety, depression, the Christian faith and her husband’s infidelities.
Adele told Instagram followers: “This book will shake your brain and make your soul scream.”
