Love Island's Scott Thomas showed off his body transformation after working hard on his health and fitness during the lockdown.
The 31-year-old reality star flaunted his ripped physique after 'treating lockdown like boot camp' and completely reforming his diet.
Speaking to The Sun, the television personality explained that he had ditched the alcohol and lost over one stone thanks to his lifestyle overhaul.
"Without sounding insensitive, lockdown was the best thing that happened to me," Scott said to The Sun.
"I was in a period where I was saying no to going out and staying away from certain friends.
"It was definitely an element of leaving something behind - the so-called 'Scotty special' who I used to be - but I much prefer the Scott who I am now.
"I kind of knew who I was, but I wanted other people to know who I could really be. I would say I’ve changed into the best version of myself."
Scott enlisted the help of friend and nutritionist Eden Thomas who created a personal diet plan for the former Love Islander.
The process included calorie counting and macros, which has contributed to Scott's transformation and made him become the "best version of himself."
The duo are so pleased with their results that they are now launching their own business that creates bespoke weight loss plans called Food4Thoughts.
Scott added: "Now I’m addicted to self development.
"Every single day I’m trying to better myself, through business and fitness. It has led me to great things now like Food4Thoughts."
Scott is one of the famous trio of Thomas brothers - alongside Ryan and Adam - that starred in the show Absolutely India: Mancs In Mumbai earlier this year.
The former Love Islander has now shifted his focus to helping others on their own transformation journeys, "so [they] can be an example to others."
